Corporate Govenance
The Company's business is conducted by its subcontractors and managers led by the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), with oversight from the Board. The Board selects the CEO and works with the CEO to elect/appoint other corporate officers who are charged with managing the business of the Company. The Board has the responsibility of overseeing, counseling and directing the corporate officers to ensure that the long-term interests of the Company and its shareholders are being served.

Michael B Hill B.App. Sc Dip Bus (mgt)
Chief Executive Officer, Age 40. Managing Director of Kingscliff Trading Company since 2004. Kingscliff Trading Company is a diversified investment and consultancy company. He is also a director of Vudara Pty Ltd and the owner of Stone Age Design and Bathroom Sink and Buthtubs Business. Michael’s Career in management started with Boral Resources. His main focus while at Boral was on contract and project management. In 2000 Michael became the manager for Fresco Cheese on the Gold Coast. In 2005 Michael took up a position within the Fulton Hogan's Australian Management Team. Michael is also involved in the local community as a volunteer with the State Emergency Service.
Alan Clifford Colk
Executive Director, Age 56. Managing Director of Tubetime P/L since 1999. Tubetime is a surfboard production and distribution company. Alan’s formal training was in engineering as a fitter and turner toolmaker. His experience encompasses retail management, production line supervision, sales and R & D. Apart from running Tubetime Alan currently oversees production of several large surfboard manufacturers on the Gold Coast.
Sean Michael Fallon B. Pharm MPS AFIPM
Director, Age 46. Sean has a background in Pharmaceutical Management. Over the last eight years Sean has gained extensive experience in Marketing, Merchandising, and International Negotiation in the position of Merchandising Manager for Terry White/Symbion Health. Sean has a passion for business which is evident in the success of his current position as General Manager for Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program. Sean serves on several committees and boards. Being a member of the community he is heavily involved in Surf Life Saving and School committees, as well as being a devoted husband and father of four children.
