Syco Industries is a wholly owned Australian Proprietory Limited Company run by an experienced Board of Directors. The board of Directors advises the management team and is answerable to the Shareholders. Shareholders are bound by the shareholder agreement which protects the rights of all parties concerned.
Syco Industries is in the business of research and development and patenting of high quality sports / fitness equipment that is fun, exciting, addictive and relatively safe to use.
Syco Industries core business is the licensing of Intellectual property in return for royalty payments. The Company will maintain a close working relationship with it's Licensee's to ensure a good result for all parties.
